Your satisfaction matters to us. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video showing the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind once an order has been shipped. Refunds for approved cases are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
